All Around Goodness
The Mallow plant, with its pretty mauve flowers, generally grows wild at lower elevations: in open areas, alongside roads, atop hedgerows and around fences. The ancient Chinese enjoyed cups of Mallow tea while the Romans mixed it with salt, oil, honey and wine to make a special potion.
